I did the Dublin Marathon! Yay – my 10th Dublin marathon, 15 in total.
A whole 26.2 miles!
Crazy when you think about it!! But get this – 26.2 miles isn’t just 26.2 miles.
For a start, it’s a 19 week plan.
Over those 19 weeks, it was a plan with
• 332.4 miles
• 18 long runs
• 18 easy runs
• 18 tempo/progression/intervals
• 19 yoga sessions
• 19 lower body strength workouts
• 19 upper body strength workouts
• 1 week of taper activities
And a whole lot of mental resilience & strength that can’t be measured!
That’s not counting the miles run from January before the plan even began.
And then don’t forget comparison.
Some people will look at this and go, 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘥 332 𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘴? Others will have run way more than me.
𝘽𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙗𝙞𝙜 𝙜𝙤𝙖𝙡 – 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙘 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙧𝙪𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙝.
Because behind every finish line, whether it’s a marathon, a launch or a record-breaking quarter, there’s always a plan, accountability, sweat and tears behind it.
The same is true in marketing.
Your marketing deserves it’s own training plan – one that fits you.
Not someone else’s template, not the latest ‘𝘩𝘢𝘤𝘬’, but a plan that builds your version of strength and endurance.
Every business owner is different.
Which means your marketing plan, strategy, message and rhythm will be different too.
𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵….one that is rooted in a clear plan, real accountability and the kind of momentum that actually lasts.
That’s where I come in.
I can guarantee you structure and accountability. Yes, there will be work involved and perhaps even a few tears! But there will also be laughter, learnings and that unbeatable feeling of progress.
