A new approach to goal setting

I started guest blogging over at Bloggertone, the business blogging community last year. It’s a great site with so much fantastic information. It had been a while since I posted with Bloggertone but felt that with the new year , it was time to reconnect and write for the site.
I decided to write about goal setting as it’s top of my mind at the moment. For 2011, our goals should be realistic. Forget about the timeframe – when the time is right to change, use that time.
