Episode 6 is the start of a six part mini series. Over the next six episodes, we’re going to talk about the three phases that is incredibly important in marketing – client attraction, client conversion and client engagement. 

At any point in the customer journey, you may have clients in one or three of those phases.

Over the next six episodes, we’ll dive a little deeper into each phase, so each episode will be a mini workshop.

This episode deals with Client Attraction. It’s that initial stage where someone notices you or you want them to notice you.

We are going to talk about MAC – message, audience and channel.
