I’ve been in marketing for over 20 years and I believe there are three main phases in marketing – client attraction, client conversion and client engagement. At any point in the customer journey, you are in one of those phases.

This episode dives deep into the second phase – client conversion. 

This is the section that you move your prospect from being attracted to you to getting to know you more and then buying from you. It’s a massive phase. 

In this episode we talk about client conversion using the written word. Words are more prevalent now than they ever were and it’s important you use them effectively and persuasively to convert your prospect into a client.
